该收卷机夹头采用变频控制，槽筒采用伺服控制。卷绕比采用电子卷绕比，可以获得高品质卷装。摩擦辊接触压力采用伺服比例阀控制，根据不同的纱线可以任意调节。卷绕张力控制是采用比例阀加无摩擦气缸组合，根据纱线卷装的需求可以任意设定需要的卷绕张力。卷绕动程为双动程供用户选择。同时配备断纱报警，自动吸丝装置。适合卷绕芳纶，聚芳酯，聚酰亚胺，超高分子量聚乙烯，PBO等高性能纤维。 放卷轴为主动放卷系统，可配备1-2个主动放卷轴，均可实现恒张力控制。
